Our Story

At a young age I fell in love with BBQ. I can remember vividly the very first bite of BBQ I ever had. I was in middle school and living in Virginia. My dad took me up the street from his transmission shop. We grabbed a sweet tea and pulled pork sandwich. I guess you could say it was love at first bite. I chased my dream of becoming a professional pilot. Flying private jets all over the United States which allowed me the opportunity to try different styles of BBQ. My goal is to combine all my favorite BBQ from around the U.S. and add my touch to be able to deliver to you the best BBQ.
